Key Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufacture
Set up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished product
Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products
Complete proper paperwork per station
Keep work area safe and clean (5S Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
Assume responsibility for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader
Ability to work well with others
Ability to follow directions
Ability to read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc.
Good written and oral communication skills
Education & Experience:
1-2 years experience working in a similar position is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to walk/stand at least 75% of the time
Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
